Business Development Directors was formed in 2020 by Irv Lyon and Francine Allen.

We are experienced commercial bankers with an extensive understanding of cashflow lending, acquisition finance, start up & fit out finance and multi-brand, multi-unit operations.

We hold specialisms in the franchising, hotel, retail & leisure and property sectors.
We have first hand experience of providing the support required by dynamic, fast growing businesses to enable their success.
With over 90 years cumulative industry experience, we have worked closely with businesses across many sectors and communities.

We are highly skilled negotiators, with extensive experience of balancing the requirements of a business versus the requirements of a finance provider, the structuring and implications of covenants and conditions and the likely impact of these on our client's ability to grow their business.
Our focus is on long term relationship and sustainable growth. With complete access to both the regulated and unregulated finance market, we are well placed to navigate our clients through the banking process and provide bespoke solutions to suit each circumstance.
